I have multiple muscle injuries to my back and 360 wellness was the first massage therapist that I didn't have to tell not to try and rub out the scar tissue because she identified it on her own. Absolutely immaculate experience with Leigh Moulton.
I’ve been to 3 chiropractors regularly since I was 13yo and tried 2 massage therapists and nothing helped.
When I was 18yo my chiropractor told me I would need surgery on my tailbone in the next few years if I didn’t see him 3 times a week. I couldn’t afford that so my tailbone pain became worse to the point I was taking painkillers every day and had to sit on a tailbone cushion everywhere that barely made a difference. I was in so much pain I was in tears on the daily at one point.
I was recommended by a friend to book with Leigh Moulton. I spent 30 minutes on her table and within a week my tailbone pain had completely subsided.
I literally could not believe it… I expected the pain would return and thought it wouldn’t last. I was so wrong! It’s been over a year since then and that pain has not returned!!! I’ve had tailbone pain since I was 16yo and went to Leigh for the first time when I was 21yo. 5 years of chronic tailbone pain GONE and it actually lasts. The professional services Leigh offers is worth every single penny and more! Saved me from surgery and daily painkillers. I will never go to anyone else. I have worked with Char Horn for nearly a year now as a personal trainer  She does an excellent job in overall body strengthening for my age of 70!  As it happened I encountered an unfortunate pinched nerve in my back necessitating surgery in the future.  However, she was able to strengthen my upper and lower body so that the transition to physical therapy made the improvement so much better.  She also worked with my muscle spasm to dramatically reduce my pain level and allow me to walk upright again.  Amazing hands and talent in this woman.
